Project Context:

Zhejiang Guanyu Battery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhuhai Guanyu Battery Co., Ltd., launched a new strategic manufacturing facility in Haiyan’s Baibu Town. The project, with a total investment of 5.8 billion RMB, aims to become one of China’s key lithium battery production bases. Our company participated by supplying customized flexible metal hoses used in the facility’s HVAC system.

Supply Scope:

We delivered several models of flexible metal hoses tailored for air conditioning pipelines. These were installed between fan coil units and the chilled water supply lines to buffer vibration from mechanical equipment and to reduce system noise. The chosen specifications varied in length, diameter, and connection ends to adapt to different installation points across the plant.

Why Our Product:

The customer chose our hoses due to their superior anti-fatigue performance, long lifecycle, and ability to operate safely under dynamic pressure conditions. These hoses also passed vibration fatigue and hydrostatic pressure tests before shipment. Our engineers worked closely with the contractor to ensure compatibility with the central HVAC design.

Results:

Our hoses significantly improved the environmental stability of the factory floor, ensuring that high-precision equipment could operate without interference from mechanical vibrations. The successful delivery of this batch further strengthened our partnership with the Guanyu group.
